Master Jo Draper

Master Jo Draper is a 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, which she has been practising for over 25 years. She has a whole host of achievements under her belt, the most noticeable of which was representing the Great British National Taekwondo Team in competition for over 12 years throughout Europe, America and Asia.

Following motherhood in 1998, 2002 and 2009, Jo has retired from competition and now focuses upon teaching, orientating a strong team of instructors who run a number of classes for children, juniors and seniors. Having cross-trained in boxing, kickboxing & ITF Taekwondo, Jo specialises in striking techniques and is well versed to teach all manner of striking that is involved within the Taekwondo syllabus.

Master Alastair Eustace

Master Alastair Eustace is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, which he has been practising for over 20 years. He was seeded No. 2 in the Great British National Team in 1999, and also competed for the Welsh National Team between 1998 and 2003, where he medalled regularly throughout Europe. He also represented the Chungdokwan Great British National Team in Korea and North America between 2004 and 2006.

Following a severe foot injury in 2007, Alastair retired from Taekwondo competition and now coaches up alongside his wife, Jo, whilst currently training in Jujutsu, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts. Basic elements and concepts of these other disciplines are taught under our practical self-defence syllabus and allow students to get introduced to other combative techniques outside of the striking range.
