Group Fitness Coaching

Our Group Fitness classes are available via our ESSENTIALS membership option and provides access to our full range of classes that we run each week! This membership option is recommended for you if you have no injuries or physical limitations to work around. Our range of classes include:

METABOLIC - Cardiovascular conditioning classes based around interval training. These classes burn calories and increase cardiovascular fitness through the use of full body, low-impact exercises such as the Prowler, battling ropes, TRX suspension system, medicine balls and more

COMPLETE STRENGTH - Full body strength training classes, based on training and progression the Squat/Bench Press/Deadlift/Press.

BOXING FITNESS (Ladies only) - Our ladies-only boxing fitness class based on padwork fitness drills and bodyweight exercise.

Our ESSENTIALS Membership includes:

  • Access to our group fitness classes up to 3x per week, including Metabolic & Complete Strength
  • All our team fitness classes are fully coached, 100% of the time
  • On-going diet & nutritional support during your membership
  • Access to our Private Members Only Facebook Group for advice and support
